Our People

Senate District 44 is served at the state level by one seat in the senate and two seats in the house. Additionally, there are several overlapping county districts and school districts whose elected officials have the ability to directly affect the lives of citizens in SD44. For this reason SD44 DFL is focused on all local elections—endorsing candidates in partisan races and writing letters of endorsement for aligned candidates in non-partisan races.
